This has been a year like no other and Thanksgiving is another day that looks quite different than in years past. There has been a lot about this year that has been frustrating and challenging. There are many things that have made us angry, sad, or disappointed. However, it has also been a year of reflection. As we have reflected, we have found that there is far more to be grateful for than there is to be disappointed about. In this week’s blog we decided to share 20 things that we are thankful for in 2020.

  9. We are thankful for our ability to move. Our bodies are such amazing things and to be able to hike a mountain, swing a golf club, or type a blog are all quite amazing abilities when you really think about it.
  10. We are thankful that we live in a state like Colorado which has enabled us to travel even when staycations became the norm.
  11. We are thankful that there is so much adventure in this state that we can continually find new adventures.

  19. We are thankful for meals with family and friends, especially outdoors. This simple pleasure became one of our greatest joys in 2020.
  20. We are thankful for happy hour! This year it looked different in a lot of ways but, we realized that relaxing with people you care about on Zoom, in the backyard, or wherever we could socially distance was a rare treat. Oh, and margaritas can be pretty amazing!
