Face-to-Face Meetings: Whenever possible, we have face-to-face meetings. We believe that it facilitates better communication that allows us to know you better. It begins with your first appointment and continues with Review Appointments twice per year.
Wealth Plans: We begin by building a personalized Wealth Plan that looks at the whole picture: all of your assets, liabilities, priorities, and goals.
Follow-Up: After every meeting, you will receive a summary letter. It reminds you of what was discussed and any upcoming changes to your accounts. It also gives you a chance to let us know if we missed something or misunderstood any of your objectives.
Client Events: We host many events each year including educational workshops, service events, appreciation events, and good old-fashioned fun.
Communication: We regularly update you on the market, your accounts, happenings at our firm, and current events. We email a Weekly Market Commentary, post daily to Facebook and Twitter, occasionally upload educational videos, and send additional communications as necessary.
Pinnacle Wealth Gives: Many of our clients have charities and non-profits that they support both financially and/or through service hours. We show our support for our clients by giving financial donations or service hours to several nominated organizations throughout the year.
